"CRM Integration Developer"

"Responsibilities"

- Minimum 6+ years of experience in CRM integration development and support.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales CRM, external applications, databases, and enterprise platforms.
- Build and manage Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and synchronization.
- Develop, consume, secure, and troubleshoot REST/SOAP APIs, leveraging JSON, OAuth, and OpenAPI/Swagger standards.
- Implement real-time and batch integrations using Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Event Grid.
- Work with Dataverse, CRM APIs, and the D365 data model to support seamless data exchange and business processes.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, data mappings, and transformation logic to ensure data quality and performance.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues across CRM and connected systems, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, CRM teams, architects, and downstream system owners to define integration requirements and technical solutions.
- Support CI/CD processes, deployment activities, and release management using Azure DevOps and source control tools.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications,



support guides, and operational runbooks.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data privacy standards across all integrations.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, testing, and production support activities.

"Required Skills"
- 6+ years of experience in CRM integration development and support.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales CRM.
- Proficiency in Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Integration Services.
- Robust knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, OAuth, and OpenAPI/Swagger standards.
- Experience with SQL queries, data mappings, and transformation logic.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes, deployment activities, and release management.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of security, governance, and data privacy standards.
- Experience in Agile methodologies.

"Desirable Skills"
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Azure.
- Knowledge of other CRM systems.
- Experience with other cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with other integration tools and technologies.

"Education Qualification"
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
