Job Summary

We are hiring Diploma Engineer Trainees (DET) for a leading organization working in Digital Infrastructure, Fiber Optic Networks, and Data Center Projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for diploma freshers looking to build a career in telecom infrastructure, project execution, network deployment, and engineering operations.

Training & Employment

- 1-Year Apprenticeship Program
- The first year of employment will be under the Apprenticeship Program.
- Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, salary revision and designation enhancement will be considered based on individual performance, business requirements, and successful evaluation.
- Opportunity to work on large-scale telecom and digital infrastructure projects across India.

Eligible Branches

- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Civil, Instrumentation MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)

Eligibility Criteria

- 2025-2026 Diploma Pass-Outs Freshers Only
- Minimum 60% aggregate throughout academics
- No active backlogs




- Willingness to relocate anywhere in India
- Comfortable working in a 100% field-based environment
- Own bike/two-wheeler is mandatory
- Must be comfortable with extensive travelling and frequent site visits
- Candidates looking for an office-based role should not apply

Compensation & Benefits

- CTC: 2.50 LPA
- Monthly In-Hand Salary: Upto 20,000
- Insurance Allowance: 1,000 per month
- Travel/Conveyance: Reimbursed as per company policy
- Apprenticeship opportunity with potential for permanent employment based on performance

Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of Fiber Optic Network and Data Center Infrastructure projects.
- Assist in installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress and maintain technical documentation.
- Follow safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Participate in site inspections, surveys, and field activities.
- Travel to project sites as required.
