With an association of 500+ movies across languages, we are looking to further scale our digital movie catalogue and entertainment channels across YouTube and other major platforms.

Role Overview -

We’re looking for a Digital & YouTube Growth Manager to manage and scale our portfolio of movie and entertainment channels, with YouTube as the primary focus. The role will oversee the complete digital content lifecycle - from publishing and optimization to content syndication, channel growth, monetization, UGC, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate understands how to turn a robust movie and entertainment content library into views, engagement, audience growth, and sustainable digital revenue.

Key Responsibilities -

- Manage the end-to-end digital content lifecycle: uploading, optimization, scheduling, publishing & performance tracking
- Drive YouTube channel growth through SEO, thumbnails, CTR optimization, retention strategies and audience insights
- Identify opportunities to repackage, repurpose and redistribute content for different channels, audiences and platforms
- Optimize content distribution across YouTube,



Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram & other digital platforms
- Implement and oversee monetization strategies across YouTube and other platforms
- Develop and manage UGC strategies to maximize content reach and discovery
- Work closely with editors, designers and social media teams to optimize content packaging and output
- Monitor key metrics including views, watch time, impressions, CTR, retention, engagement and revenue
- Analyze channel and content performance to identify growth opportunities and improve future strategies

Who We’re Looking For -

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in YouTube channel management, digital content growth, content distribution or a similar role
- Strong hands-on understanding of YouTube Studio, SEO, thumbnails, CTR, audience retention and channel analytics
- Experience managing and growing movie, entertainment or music YouTube channels is strongly preferred
- Understanding of how long-form movies, clips, short-form content and entertainment IP perform across digital platforms
- Ability to manage multiple channels and content pipelines simultaneously
