Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, with a focus on brand visibility, lead generation, and audience engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing web analytics to inform strategy.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing, including platform management, content scheduling, and audience engagement.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics, including tracking, interpreting performance metrics, and reporting insights.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Relevant experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools is beneficial.
- Proficiency with common digital marketing and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and ad managers) is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
