R Kiran Construction LLP is looking for an experienced Freelance Digital Marketing Manager to build and manage our digital presence across social media and online platforms.

We are a growing construction company specializing in RCC, civil construction, hospitality, industrial and infrastructure projects, and we want a marketing professional who can showcase our projects, capabilities, achievements and company brand professionally.Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow our LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant social media platforms
- Create and publish professional posts, project updates, reels, videos, stories and creatives
- Develop a monthly social media content and marketing strategy
- Highlight our completed and ongoing construction projects, site progress, achievements, team and company capabilities
- Create engaging content specifically for the construction and B2B industry
- Manage LinkedIn company page and improve company visibility among clients, architects, consultants, developers and industry professionals
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on relevant platforms
- Develop campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation and business development
- Monitor engagement, reach, followers and campaign performance




- Provide regular monthly analytics and performance reports
- Coordinate with our team to collect project photographs, videos and technical information
- Maintain a consistent and professional R Kiran Construction LLP brand identity across all platforms

What We Are Looking For
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Prior experience with construction, real estate, infrastructure, architecture or engineering companies will be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and paid advertising
- Good skills in content creation, Canva/graphic design, reels and video editing
- Understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation
- Ability to independently plan and execute campaigns
- Creative approach with an understanding of qualified corporate branding
