Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Head to lead and scale our digital marketing strategy across India, UK, and US markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue through performance marketing, SEO, social media, content, analytics, and AI-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the overall digital marketing and growth strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead and mentor teams across Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Content, CRM, and Marketing Automation.
- Manage and optimize large marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI, ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, and conversions.
- Plan and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Affiliates, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and oversee SEO strategies for service-based, product-based, e-commerce, and SaaS businesses.
- Drive content marketing, social media, PR, email marketing, and brand-building initiatives.
- Use analytics tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and CRM dashboards to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop strategies for international markets, particularly India, UK, and US.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Design, and Technology teams to improve lead quality and conversion.

AI & Emerging Digital Marketing

- Develop and implement AI-enabled marketing strategies and workflows.




- Leverage tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI platforms for research, content, campaign planning, personalization, and automation.
- Explore AI-powered SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to improve visibility across traditional and AI-based search.
- Use AI for campaign optimization, customer insights, content ideation, creative generation, and marketing automation.
- Stay updated with emerging AI and digital marketing trends and identify opportunities for business growth.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8–12+ years of experience in Digital Marketing / Growth Marketing / Performance Marketing.
- Proven experience managing large marketing budgets and high-performance campaigns.
- Robust expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, Social Media, CRM, and Analytics.
- Experience with B2B, B2C, SaaS, E-commerce, or Technology businesses.
- Strong understanding of AI-powered marketing and emerging search trends.
- Experience in managing and developing marketing teams.
- Strong analytical, strategic, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience working with India, UK, and US markets will be preferred.
