About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive / Performance Marketing Specialist with 2+ years of experience to strengthen our digital presence, drive qualified tra ic,

generate leads, and support our B2B marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to SEO, content marketing, social media, paid campaigns, email marketing, digital outreach, and performance analytics. Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, Cloud, AI, ERP, or IT services will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Organic Growth

- Execute on-page and o-page SEO activities.
- Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities for organic growth.
- Optimize website pages, blogs, landing pages, and other digital assets.
- Support technical SEO activities including site audits, indexing, metadata,

internal linking, and site health.
- Build and manage quality backlinks through relevant outreach and partnerships.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic tra ic, and competitor SEO activities.

Performance Marketing

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Support lead-generation campaigns targeting specific industries, geographies,

and decision-makers.
- Track campaign performance, CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing pages.
- Prepare regular performance reports and identify optimization opportunities.

Digital Outreach & Lead Generation
- Execute targeted email and digital outreach campaigns.
- Build and maintain prospect lists using relevant databases and platforms.
- Support account-based marketing (ABM) and industry-focused campaigns.
- Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion.




- Track outreach performance and maintain campaign records.

Content & Social Media
- Execute the distribution of blogs, social media posts, newsletters, case studies,

and campaign content.
- Manage and grow company presence across LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Repurpose existing content into multiple digital formats.
- Work with design and content teams to develop campaign creatives.

Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor website, SEO, social media, and campaign performance.
- Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, LinkedIn

Campaign Manager, and similar tools.
- Generate actionable insights from marketing data.
- Maintain dashboards and periodic performance reports.

Required Skills

- 1–2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing / SEO.
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Understanding of keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink building, and

SEO tools.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create campaign briefs and coordinate with content/design teams.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Good to Have

- Experience with B2B marketing or technology companies.
- Exposure to Oracle, Cloud, AI, SaaS, ERP, or IT services.
- Experience in international or US-market digital marketing.
