Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. In this role, the team member will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels to meet client objectives. Daily responsibilities include managing social media calendars, creating and updating web content, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing web analytics to refine strategies.

The role also involves coordinating with designers and content creators, preparing performance reports,



and staying current with digital marketing trends and platform updates to ensure effective and compliant campaigns.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Marketing and Social Media Marketing, with the ability to plan and execute integrated digital campaigns.
- Effective Communication skills, including transparent written and verbal communication for client interactions and internal collaboration.
- Proficiency in Web Content Writing to create engaging, brand-aligned content for websites, landing pages, and social media.
- Experience with Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Familiarity with Meta and Google Ads, SEO basics, and current digital marketing best practices.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced, on-site agency environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an agency or digital marketing role is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates with strong learning aptitude.
