Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive – AI-Led Growth (Woovet)

Role Overview

Harns is looking for a high-impact Digital Marketing Executive who can aggressively build and scale the brand Woovet (Harns’s veterinary software product) within 6 months by leveraging AI-first marketing strategies and driving strong execution across teams.

This is not a conventional marketing role. You will be responsible for owning growth, visibility, and narrative—turning Woovet into a recognized voice in veterinary technology.

What You’ll Own

- Brand Acceleration (0–6 months)
- Rapidly increase Woovet’s visibility across key channels (search, social, AI platforms, industry ecosystems)
- Establish Woovet as a leading AI-driven veterinary software
- AI-Led Marketing Engine
- Build and scale content using AI tools (LLMs, automation workflows, AI SEO tools)
- Drive LLM visibility, AI search presence, and organic discovery
- Create scalable systems for content, campaigns, and distribution
- Demand Generation & Pipeline Support(Performance Management)
- Own and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to generate qualified inbound leads
- Manage campaign budgets, targeting, retargeting, and conversion optimization
- Work closely with sales to generate high-quality inbound leads
- Execute campaigns targeting enterprise and multi-location veterinary practices
- Content, Social Media & Creative Leadership
- Define and amplify Woovet’s core narrative (AI, multi-location ops, future of vet care)
- Create compelling content across blogs, case studies, videos, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media
- Develop creative campaign concepts, content themes, and social media ideas that drive engagement and brand recall
- Oversee blogs,



case studies, videos, social content, and product storytelling
- Execution Excellence
- Lead cross-functional execution with design, product, and sales teams
- Ensure fast turnaround and high output velocity
- Drive campaigns from concept to execution with minimal supervision
- Performance & Optimization
- Track key metrics: traffic, engagement, leads, conversion
- Continuously optimize campaigns using data and AI insights

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or tech products

Proven track record of

- Scaling a brand or product's visibility significantly
- Generating measurable growth in traffic, leads, and revenue impact
- Running successful Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns

Robust hands-on experience with:
- AI tools (Claude, AI SEO tools, automation platforms)
- Google Ads, Meta Ads, performance marketing, SEO, and content strategy
- Marketing analytics and conversion optimization
- Content creation, copywriting, and social media marketing

Ability to

- Move fast, execute aggressively, and iterate quickly
- Turn ideas into campaigns with minimal supervision
- Write compelling and creative content across formats
- Generate fresh social media ideas and campaign concepts consistently
- Strong storytelling and positioning skills

- Significant increase in brand visibility and share of voice 50%
