Ltd. is looking for a creative, ambitious and results-driven Digital Marketing & Business Growth Executive to strengthen our digital presence, generate new business opportunities and contribute directly to sales growth. We are looking for someone who doesn't simply manage social media, but understands *how digital marketing can generate enquiries, acquire customers and grow a business, particularly in **B2B and export markets*.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

* Plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads – Facebook & Instagram

- Generate quality B2B leads and sales enquiries
- Develop digital marketing strategies focused on business growth and customer acquisition
- Manage advertising campaigns and continuously improve their performance
- Track leads, enquiries, conversions and marketing ROI
- Research new markets, customers and business opportunities

Social Media Management

Manage and grow our presence across:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- Google
- Other relevant digital platforms

Create engaging content including

- Posts
- Reels
- Short videos
- Product promotions
- Company updates
- Customer-focused content
- Educational/industry content

Creative & Content

The candidate should have basic practical knowledge of:

- Canva / Photoshop
- Poster designing
- Product catalogue designing
- Brochure designing
- Social media creatives
- Basic video editing
- Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Product videos
- Marketing presentations





You don't need to be a professional graphic designer or video editor — but you should be able to independently create positive-quality marketing creatives.

Email Marketing

* Manage email marketing campaigns using Brevo

- Create promotional and business email campaigns
- Maintain and segment contact lists
- Develop lead-nurturing campaigns
- Track email performance and improve campaigns

Website & SEO

* Manage basic website content
- Publish and manage blogs
- Create SEO-friendly content
- Basic keyword research
- Basic SEO and website optimization
- Monitor website traffic and enquiries
- Research competitors and industry trends
