Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead design reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure design quality and adherence to project timelines.




- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to resolve integration challenges and optimize system performance.
- Mentor junior engineers by sharing knowledge and supporting their professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in RTL Coding.
- Strong understanding of digital circuit design principles including logic synthesis, timing analysis, and power optimization.
- Experience with simulation and verification tools to validate design functionality and performance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with physical design, verification, and software teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Familiarity with hardware description languages and design methodologies relevant to digital systems.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in RTL Coding.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
