In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between rapid Web3/AI innovation and bulletproof enterprise security. You won't just build pipelines; you will architect zero-trust cloud environments, secure our decentralised workloads, and establish world-class development standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Security & Governance Architecture: Establish enterprise-wide GitHub administration, repository governance, fine-grained access controls, and automated branch protection rules.
- Securing the SDLC: Shift security left by embedding automated vulnerability scanning, secret detection, and compliance guards directly into modern CI/CD workflows.
- Hybrid & Multi-Cloud Infrastructure: Design, provision, and maintain secure, highly available cloud infrastructure across GCP and Azure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Next-Gen Orchestration: Architect and secure containerized workloads across Kubernetes environments, keeping AI workloads and decentralized nodes running optimally.
- Observability & Incident Response: Build robust, proactive multi-cloud monitoring, tracing, and logging ecosystems to ensure 99.99% uptime and rapid root-cause analysis.
- Technical Leadership: Define the company’s multi-year DevOps roadmap, mentor engineering teams, and drive modern SRE and GitOps practices.

What You Bring (Mandatory Skills)





- 10+ Years of Experience in Infrastructure, DevOps, and Security Engineering with a proven track record of architectural leadership.
- Source Control Governance: Deep expertise in GitHub Administration, enterprise organization and team management, advanced branching strategies, and repository security policies.
- CI/CD: Advanced automation using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps Pipelines.
- Multi-Cloud Expertise: Hands-on architecture experience with GCP (GKE, Compute Engine, IAM, Cloud Run) and Azure (AKS, Azure AD/Entra ID, Azure Monitor).
- Infrastructure as Code: Expert-level production experience with Terraform (Mandatory).
- Containers & Kubernetes: Deep operational knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and secure container registries.
- Security & Compliance: Practical mastery of zero-trust architecture, IAM/RBAC, secrets management (e.g., HashiCorp Vault), and vulnerability management.
- Scripting: Proficient in Linux Administration and automated scripting via Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Preferred Skills & Bonus Points

- Experience deploying infrastructure for AI/ML pipelines or decentralised blockchain nodes (Validators, RPC layers).
- Production-grade GitOps deployment using ArgoCD or FluxCD.
- Hands-on implementation of Service Mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd).
- Advanced SRE methodologies, disaster recovery modeling, and high-scale database administration (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Knowledge or experience with compliance frameworks like SOC2, ISO 27001, or NIST.
- Preferred Certifications: CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator), HashiCorp Terraform Associate, Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, or Microsoft DevOps Engineer Expert.
