Role Description The DevSecOps Engineer will work in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with development, operations, and security teams to integrate security into the entire software delivery lifecycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include automating build, test, and deployment pipelines, implementing security checks within CI/CD workflows, and maintaining secure, scalable infrastructure for game services and related applications. The role involves monitoring systems for performance, reliability, and security issues, responding to incidents, and continuously improving observability and resilience.

The DevSecOps Engineer will also help define best practices, enforce coding and configuration standards,



and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing across the engineering organization.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, with understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, including experience with scripting and automation in modern languages.
- Hands-on experience with Back-End Web Development and distributed systems, preferably in gaming or high-traffic environments.
- Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and their application to secure, maintainable code.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Terraform, Ansible).
- Knowledge of application and cloud security concepts, including secure configuration, vulnerability scanning, and compliance controls.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively, communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced game development setting.
