Eligibility and Experience:

- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum five years of experience in the design and development of:

o MCC Panels o PCC Panels o APFC Panels o Control Panels o Feeder Pillars
- Proficiency in preparing detailed designs, electrical drawings, and fabrication drawings in AutoCAD.
- Experience in the manufacturing of various types of electrical panels will be highly preferred.

Role Description The DESIGN/PRODUCTION ENGINEER is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The person in this role will design and review electrical layouts, production processes, and technical specifications in line with project requirements and industry standards.





Daily responsibilities include planning and monitoring production activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory guidelines. The engineer will analyze process performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions to optimize productivity and resource utilization. The role also involves preparing documentation, supporting procurement and material planning, and communicating clearly with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Production Engineering and Production Planning skills to manage end-to-end design and manufacturing workflows.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to evaluate processes, interpret technical data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control expertise to maintain standards, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and clients, and to prepare clear technical documentation.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Electrical, Production, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in electrical contracting, industrial production, or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with CAD tools, production planning software, and standard electrical codes and practices is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
