Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the IT services industry.

- Manage a team of recruiters to ensure effective staffing and meet hiring targets.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on candidate selection process.

- Analyze metrics to measure recruitment performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize processes.

Job Requirements :

- 7-14 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field (IT Services & Consulting).

- Proven track record in developing effective recruitment strategies and meeting hiring targets.

- Strong understanding of the IT services industry trends, technologies, and skillsets required by employers.

- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage a team of recruiters.
