We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager – Operations to manage e-commerce projects, lead teams, drive client satisfaction, and ensure operational excellence.

? Location: Mumbai

? Experience: 6+ years in E-commerce Operations

? Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

? Function: E-commerce Operations

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage one or multiple projects and own deliverables & team performance
- Guide team leads and resolve project-related challenges
- Manage communication with clients and onsite/offsite project managers
- Act as the primary solution provider for assigned projects
- Drive process improvements, productivity and quality enhancement
- Handle training for new project requirements and team members
- Prepare Excel reports and process documentation
- Resolve Seller/Partner issues using multiple technology applications




- Work independently using client knowledge bases, policies and procedures

? Mandatory Requirements

✔ 2+ years of people management experience

✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills

✔ E-commerce industry experience, preferably content/cataloguing

✔ Strong MS Excel skills — Lookups, Pivot Tables & Reporting

✔ Proficiency in MS Word & PowerPoint

✔ Strong documentation and presentation skills

✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

✔ Adaptable to work in rotational and US shifts
