The principal areas of responsibility are as follows:
- Having thorough knowledge of Industrial engineering tools like Man-m/c Chart, lime study, motion study.
- Should have knowledge of Red Bin analysis, Problem solving skill to resolve chronic issues, internal process rejection.
- To achieve rejection targets as per plan ad ensure zero customer complaint.
- Knowledge of debugging bottleneck, process stabilisation, low cost automation.
- To have the basic knowledge to forging, heat treatment, grinding and turning machines.
- Hands on experience in TPM initiatives like DRM,
Kaizan.
- To ensure safety of Man and Machines.
- Hands on experience in working on cycle time reduction productivity improvement etc.
- Optimum utilisation of available resources (Man/Machine/Material).
- Hands on experience in implementing 5S,3S & 3T in shop floor.
- Implementation of Lean Manufacturing techniques.
- Have valuable analytical skills and presentation skills to resolve daily issues.
- To have an attitude of Training & Development towards his team member.
