Purpose of the job:

Establish plans and procedures for ensuring timely production, compliance to regulatory standards, maintenance of safety standards, developing and leading people, optimizing production workflows and driving continuous process improvement to achieve operational efficiency and process optimization.

Roles Responsibilities:

1. Ensure Business continuity for efficient performance of the plant and achieving manufacturing efficiency, prepare plans to consistently look for process improvement and technological upgradation activities.

2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve structured process improvements. Collaborate with department heads to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
3. Develop and implement production plan by establishing a culture of Daily Work Management to achieve targeted volumes while maintaining quality standards and controlling production costs
4. Establish and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
5. Ensure adherence to ISO and FSSAI norms and other statutory regulations, implementing necessary measures for compliance.

Conduct periodical reviews of production performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals and implement plans and procedures for consistently maintaining OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) standards.
7. Implement environmentally sustainable practices and initiatives in the production process and ensure compliance to statutory regulations to promote a culture of environmental responsibility.
8. Develop leadership bench strength through various learning avenues decided by management to ensure succession and reduce knowledge erosion

- Production efficiency – OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), OLE (Overall Line Effectiveness), plan vs actual
- Quality – First time right, QMS (Quality Management System)

- Cost – Variable and Fixed cost against budget, Profitability
- Delivery – OTIF (On Time In Full) as percentage and time
- Safety – Accidents / Incidents and escalation against statutory and regulatory requirements
