✈️ We’re Hiring: Deputy Compliance Monitoring Manager and Safety Manager (E & M)

Assist the Compliance Monitoring program in driving aviation safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across our Engineering & Maintenance function.

? Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Compliance Monitoring Program in covering CAMO, contracted & subcontracted maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with DGCA, CAR M, IOSA, SMS and Company requirements.
- Manage audits, inspections, investigations, root-cause analysis & CAPA.
- Oversee the Airworthiness Review process and maintain regulatory approvals.
- Evaluate and monitor maintenance organizations and service providers.
- Drive SMS implementation and safety culture across Engineering & Maintenance.
- Liaise with DGCA, regulatory authorities and senior management on compliance matters.
- Review relevant procedures and Aircraft Maintenance Program amendments.
- Lead quality improvement, KPIs, departmental performance and budget control.
- Empower teams through competence, training, accountability and continuous improvement.

? Preferred Qualifications and Experience

- Engineering Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical,



Electronic or Avionics and/or Type-Rated AME.
- IATA/Auditor certification or equivalent preferred.
- 5+ years of aviation experience, including 2+ years in a Managerial/Senior Managerial role.
- Strong experience in aircraft engineering & maintenance, airworthiness/compliance management, and/or audits.
