About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Delivery Lead – US Staffing to lead and strengthen our US Staffing delivery function.

The role will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, timely and relevant candidate submissions against client requirements, while driving recruiter productivity, submission quality, turnaround time and overall delivery performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in US IT Staffing, excellent understanding of US recruitment practices, and the ability to manage performance of a team of recruiters in a high-volume, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Submission Management

- Own end-to-end delivery for assigned US Staffing accounts and requirements.
- Ensure quality and timely submission of candidates against client requirements.
- Review and validate candidate profiles before submission to ensure relevance, quality and compliance with client expectations.
- Drive faster turnaround on recent requirements while maintaining submission quality.
- Monitor open requirements, ageing positions, submission status, interview pipeline and closures.
- Identify delivery bottlenecks and take corrective action proactively.

Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of US IT Recruiters.
- Set daily, weekly and monthly productivity expectations for the recruitment team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve recruiter effectiveness.
- Allocate requirements based on recruiter expertise, workload and priority.
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, speed and quality.





Quality & Process Excellence
- Establish and monitor quality standards for candidate sourcing, screening and submission.
- Minimize duplicate, irrelevant, poorly screened or non-compliant submissions.
- Ensure recruiters thoroughly understand job descriptions, client requirements and submission criteria.
- Ensure proper usage and accuracy of ATS and recruitment trackers.

Client & Account Support
- Work closely with Account Managers / Sales teams to understand client expectations and delivery priorities.
- Support escalations related to candidate quality, turnaround time and delivery performance.
- Track feedback from clients and convert it into actionable improvements for the recruiting team.

MIS & Performance Management
- Track and report key delivery metrics including:
- Requirements received Vs Addressed
- Submission-to-interview ratio
- Interview-to-selection ratio
- Submission turnaround time
- Requirement ageing
- Offers and placements
- Recruiter productivity
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly delivery reports and dashboards for management.
- Analyze trends and identify areas requiring intervention.

What We’re Looking For
- 6 – 10 years of experience in US IT Staffing / US Recruitment, with at least 3 years in a team-lead or managerial role.
- Experience working with MSP’s and Prime Vendors.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of US IT Recruiters.
- Strong understanding of technologies, IT roles, employment types and US staffing terminology.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Experience with ATS and recruitment productivity tools.Role & responsibilities
