MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

CRM & Automation (HubSpot)

- Set up and manage our HubSpot CRM to automate emails and outreach
- Create email sequences and follow-up campaigns that run automatically
- Keep our database clean and organized
- Help sales team use the CRM effectively

Data Management & Generation

- Manage all our leads and customer data
- Find new sources of data and leads for the business
- Keep track of all contacts, interactions, and opportunities




- Make sure data is accurate and up-to-date

Analytics & Reporting

- Analyze our sales performance, conversions, and pipeline
- Create reports to understand what's working and what's not
- Track metrics like email open rates, response rates, and conversion ratios
- Provide insights to help make better decisionsDashboard Creation Build dashboards showcasing.
- Sales pipeline status
- Individual sales rep performance and closures
- Open and shared proposals
- Total outreach emails sent
- Revenue achieved
- Expected revenue
- Lead conversion ratios and other key business metrics

SKILLS:

Must Have:

- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, CRM management, or similar roles
- Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
- Experience with Power BI or similar dashboard tools
- Basic understanding of SQL and databases
- Experience with any CRM tool (HubSpot preferred, but others like Salesforce, Zoho are fine)
- Comfortable working with data and numbers
- Good communication skills to work with sales team

Good to Have:

- Experience setting up automation workflows
- Knowledge of email marketing and outreach tools
- Understanding of sales processes and pipelines
- Familiarity with reporting and analytics
- Problem-solving attitude
- Quick learner who can pick up current tools

QUALIFICATION:

- Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or related field
