Role Summary





We are looking for an experienced D365 F&O; SCM Consultant with robust expertise in Advanced Warehouse Management (AWM), MRP/Master Planning, and core SCM processes to support and resolve functional issues in a production support environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide functional support for D365 F&O; SCM.
- Handle Advanced Warehouse Management and MRP/Master Planning.
- Manage end-to-end SCM processes including Inventory, Procurement, Warehouse Management, and Planning.
- Analyze and resolve production issues and support tickets.
- Work closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.
- Participate in testing, UAT, and process improvements.
- Take ownership of assigned issues and deliver timely solutions.
- Learn and support additional areas such as Electronic Reporting (ER).
- Be flexible to work in rotational/night shifts.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of D365 F&O; SCM experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Advanced Warehouse Management (AWM) and MRP.
- Good knowledge of core SCM processes.
- Experience in production/support projects.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
