Work Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Interview: Face-to-Face Only

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls
- Resolve customer queries professionally
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality
- Follow process guidelines and achieve assigned targets

Requirements

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS 1–3 years of experience in Voice Process / BPO

Inbound or Outbound calling experience

Upselling / Cross-selling experience is mandatory

Excellent customer handling skills

Robust communication skills

English + Hindi + Bengali – all 3 languages mandatory

Stable work history is required

Domestic or International BPO experience accepted

Immediate Joiners only

Willing to work from office
