- Handle International Customers through calls, emails, and chat.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Candidates should have robust English communication skills.
- International voice/customer support experience is preferred.
- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
- Good typing and basic computer skills required.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.
