The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a service-oriented approach, and the ability to communicate effectively with Kannada-speaking clients. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through calls, messages, and other communication channels.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information and assistance. Follow up with clients regarding their queries, requirements, and services. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Ensure timely responses and provide regular updates to clients. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.

Build positive relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.



Maintain daily reports and update customer information as required.

Eligibility

CriteriaBachelor's degree in any discipline. 1–8 years of experience in Customer Support, Client Support, Telecalling, BPO, Relationship Management, or a similar role. Kannada-speaking candidates are preferred/mandatory. Positive communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/Google Sheets. Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently. Candidates with experience in the legal, service, or customer-facing industry will be an added advantage.
