About the Role:

We are looking for confident and customer-focused BPO Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer calls and assist with queries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls as per the assigned process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company guidelines and maintain service quality.
- Meet assigned performance and productivity targets.
- Coordinate with the team to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Requirements:

- 0–1 year of experience in BPO, Customer Support, Telecalling,



or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident and professional personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
