Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with at least 6 months of experience in customer support, chat support, or a similar role. The candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, chat, and support channels.
- Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information.
- Handle support tickets through the admin panel.
- Track working and non-working services and report issues.
- Verify payments and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Monitor payment gateway status and chargebacks.
- Coordinate with service providers when required.
- Maintain proper records of customers, queries, and support activities.
- Follow up on pending customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team or senior.





Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Support, Chat Support, Technical Support, or a related role.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable handling customers through WhatsApp and online chat.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with web-based panels.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in an online/chat support process.
- Knowledge of payment gateways and online services.
- Experience working with CRM, ticketing, or admin panels.
