Role Description This is a full time, on-site Customer Service Executive role based in Mumbai.

The Customer Service

Executive will handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist customers in selecting jewelry that suits their needs and preferences. The role includes resolving issues, managing returns or exchanges, and ensuring a positive in-store experience. The executive will maintain customer records, follow up on customer requests,



and coordinate with sales and operations teams to support efficient service.

Daily responsibilities also include adhering to company policies, maintaining professional communication, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

- Strong Interpersonal Skills to build rapport with customers and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Customer Service and Customer Support abilities to respond promptly to inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Customer Service Management skills to handle escalations and support smooth service operations.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale or CRM systems.
- Minimum high school diploma; further education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
