Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Manager based in Jaipur. The CRM Manager will oversee client relationship strategies, maintain and deepen engagement with existing clients, and support recent client onboarding.

The role involves managing CRM systems, tracking client interactions, analyzing data to improve client satisfaction, and segmenting the market to tailor recruitment solutions. The CRM Manager will collaborate with sales and recruitment teams to identify client needs, prepare reports on client performance and feedback,



and recommend process improvements. The role also includes coordinating projects related to client accounts, ensuring timely communication, and resolving client issues in a professional and efficient manner.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret client data, monitor CRM metrics, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage with clients, present solutions clearly, and maintain professional relationships.
