As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand their structure and functionality. You will design solutions tailored to client needs, write and test code to ensure quality and performance, and work on maintaining and enhancing existing software systems.

Your role requires balancing development tasks with troubleshooting and refining applications to meet evolving requirements, often collaborating with different teams to deliver effective software solutions across multiple client environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Alteryx.
- Experience in designing, developing, and testing software components using Alteryx workflows and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize data processing pipelines.
- Familiarity with data integration, transformation, and automation techniques within Alteryx environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
