As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom applications tailored to meet specific project requirements. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.




- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot Custom Solutions.
- Strong experience in application design and software configuration within cloud-based environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and API management to connect diverse systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable software.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team setting and lead technical discussions.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot Custom Solutions.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
