Role Description The CSR Partnership Business Development role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. The role involves identifying and developing CSR partnership opportunities with corporate and institutional stakeholders, aligning them with the company’s business objectives and social impact goals.

Responsibilities include conducting outreach, managing partner relationships, preparing proposals and presentations, and maintaining regular communication to ensure partner satisfaction and long-term engagement. The role also includes coordinating CSR initiatives, tracking program performance, and collaborating with internal teams such as operations, finance,



and marketing to deliver agreed activities. The individual will be expected to maintain accurate documentation, provide periodic reports, and support strategic planning for future CSR and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

- A candidate should possess strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support.
- A candidate should possess experience in enhancing Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience.
- A candidate should possess familiarity with the role and functions of Customer Service Representatives.
- Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or CSR coordination, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Social Work, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications in CSR or sustainability are an advantage.
