Role & responsibilities

- 8 years to 15 years of experience in CRM implementations both in functional and technical areas

- Experienced with End to End CRM Transformation Projects

- Experienced with CRM implementations on Cloud

- Extensive experience and deep knowledge in CRM functional processes

- Working experience in any CRM technology product like Salesforce CRM, MS Dynamics 365 etc

- Excellent Communication Skills &
- Customer Frontending experience

- Valuable Analytical &

- Problem solving skills

- Working experience with Cloud Transformations / Implementations

- Certified in any CRM technology product

- Deep Understanding &

- Knowledge in Sales, Makreting, Service, CPQ, Commerce, Portal processes

- Experience in working in CRM integrations with upstream and down stream applications in landscape

- Configuration &

- Customization of CRM products like Salesforce, MS Dynamics CRM etc

- Knowledge on AI, DevOps, Automation Tools usage and implementations

- Presales Process knowedge
