About the Role

Vidalife Pharma is looking for a Creative Director Social Media to manage and optimise the creative direction of NutraStores existing social media presence, with a strong focus on Reels and short-form content.

The role will involve developing creative concepts, creating content, identifying relevant trends, and working closely with internal teams and creators to deliver engaging and consistent social media content.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts, scripts, hooks, and content ideas for Reels and short-form videos.

Identify relevant social media trends, formats, and creator opportunities.

Develop creative content that is effective organically as per current social media strategies.

Guide the creative process from concept through shoot and final edit.

Review content performance and use insights to improve future creative output.

Develop content in particular niches like nutrition, wellness, fitness, product education, and lifestyle.





Coordinate with creators for influencer, UGC, and creator-led content.

Ensure health and product-related communication is accurate, appropriate, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Candidate Profile

5+ years of experience in creative, social media, advertising, digital content, or a related field.

Solid experience with Reels and short-form video content.

Good understanding of social media trends, storytelling, scripting, and visual content.

Experience working with creative teams, production teams, and creators.

Strong communication, presentation, and creative problem-solving skills.

Experience in nutraceuticals, wellness, healthcare, fitness, FMCG, or D2C will be an advantage.
