About the Role
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and sales-driven Hair Transplant Counsellor who can convert consultations into successful treatment bookings. If you have excellent communication, convincing skills, and a passion for helping clients while achieving sales targets, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Consult clients regarding hair loss concerns and treatment options.
- Explain hair transplant procedures and recommend suitable treatment plans.
- Convert walk-ins and leads into paying clients.
- Build long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to deliver an excellent client experience.
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in Hair Transplant, Aesthetic, Dermatology, Sales.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Quick learner with strong relationship-building skills.
