Job Title: Cost Estimator - Mumbai

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates by analyzing drawings, specifications, and project requirements. This role is critical in supporting budgeting, tendering, and overall project cost control across residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

Job Responsibility

- Review project drawings, specifications, and related documents to understand scope and requirements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates covering materials, labour, equipment, and subcontractor work.
- Develop BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost plans, and tender documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and project managers for clarifications and inputs.
- Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for cost validation.
- Maintain and regularly update a cost database for materials and services.
- Monitor design changes and update estimates accordingly.
- Identify cost risks and provide value engineering solutions to optimize project budgets.
- Work closely with procurement teams to align budgets with vendor negotiations.
- Assist in post-tender analysis, cost control,



and project closeout documentation.Key Skills:Key Skills:

- Exposure to fast-track or large-scale commercial projects is an added advantage.

Mandatory:
- Strong understanding of estimation techniques, market rates, and pricing trends.
- Proficiency in tools such as CostX, Candy, MS Excel, or Bluebeam.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Robust organizational and time management abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in cost estimation within construction, architecture, interior design, or fit-out projects

Job Location: Saki Vihar Road, Powai, Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Relocation candidates: No

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
