Role Summary

We are looking for a passionate, dynamic Corporate Trainer / Instructor to join our global Learning & Development team. In this role, you will deliver high-impact training programs across professional, management, and team development domains.

This is a hands-on instruction and facilitation role —we are seeking a skilled facilitator who thrives in front of a classroom (virtual or in-person) delivering structured training to technical and engineering-heavy audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Course Delivery & Facilitation

- Deliver core curriculum across professional, management, and team development programs in both virtual and in-person settings.
- Foster a interactive, learner-centered environment through clear facilitation, group discussions, and practical exercises.
- Lead specialized team development workshops focusing on communication, goal setting, cross-functional alignment, and team dynamics.

Coaching & Continuous Development

- Provide 1:1 coaching on effective communication, leadership, and workplace dynamics.




- Help learners apply core training concepts directly to their daily work environment.

Instructional Design & Content Maintenance

- Collaborate with global learning partners to update slide decks, facilitator guides, exercises, and digital learning assets.
- Continuously refine course materials based on participant feedback and evolving business needs.

LMS & Operations Support

- Coordinate course scheduling, participant rosters, and pre/post-training communication within Workday Learning (LMS).
- Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and regional managers to identify learning needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications & Criteria

- Education: MBA Degree (Regular or Online).
- Core Role Experience: 5 to 8 years of direct experience as an Instructor / Trainer (delivering live, structured training)— this is an instructor role.
- Technical Industry Background: Direct experience delivering training within Semiconductor, IT Software & Services, Medical Devices, or Product Engineering/R&D; sectors.
- Global Exposure: Fluent in English with strong cross-cultural competency to collaborate effectively with international leaders and stakeholders.
- Career Stability: A proven track record of employment stability (minimum 2 consecutive years with a single organization).
