About the Role

We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer with strong Intellectual Property experience to independently manage client matters relating to Trademark, Copyright and Patent work.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of client matters — from documentation and drafting to filing, hearings, follow-ups, portfolio management and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Trademark, Copyright and Patent matters for clients.
- Handle complete IP portfolio management for assigned clients.
- Draft:
- Trademark applications and related documents
- Trademark objections and replies
- Opposition / Counter-Statement and related pleadings
- Copyright applications and legal documents
- Patent-related documents and correspondence
- Legal notices, replies and other IP-related drafts
- Monitor and manage Trademark, Patent and Copyright hearings.
- Prepare hearing briefs, documents and submissions.
- Coordinate with clients for documents, information and approvals.
- Maintain accurate records of all client matters, deadlines and hearings.
- Track application status, objections, oppositions, renewals and other IP activities.
- Coordinate with the internal legal and service-delivery team for timely completion of work.
- Ensure that every client matter is handled within the required SOP, timeline and quality standards.
- Identify pending actions and ensure timely follow-up.
- Review legal documents and maintain proper documentation for each client.




- Handle multiple client matters simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Required Skills
- LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
- Robust understanding of Intellectual Property Laws, particularly Trademark, Copyright and Patent laws.
- Practical experience in Trademark drafting, prosecution and hearings.
- Strong legal drafting and documentation skills.
- Good command of English, especially written English.
- Ability to independently manage client matters and deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.
- Good client communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in an IP Law Firm, Corporate Law Firm, LegalTech Company or IPR practice will be preferred.

Experience: 1–5 years preferred.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who does not merely draft documents, but can take ownership of the complete client matter and ensure that the work moves from filing → prosecution → hearing → resolution → portfolio management in a systematic manner.
