Estate Vault Realty is looking for a creative, strategic, and trend-driven Content Writer to build and execute our content strategy across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should understand real estate, social media, storytelling, short-form video content, and digital marketing. This role is not limited to writing captions you will be responsible for developing content ideas, planning campaigns, creating engaging content concepts, and working closely with the design, video, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for Estate Vault Realty.
- Create and manage a monthly and weekly content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Research real estate trends, customer interests, local market developments, competitors and popular content formats.
- Develop creative concepts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, videos, carousels, posts, stories and other digital content.
- Write engaging scripts, captions, hooks, headlines, property descriptions and campaign copy.
- Develop content around real estate projects, locations, investment opportunities, home-buying tips, market insights and lifestyle.
- Identify trending topics, formats, sounds and content opportunities relevant to the real estate audience.
- Work closely with the videographer, editor, graphic designer and marketing team to convert ideas into high-quality content.
- Develop storytelling concepts that generate brand awareness, engagement, leads and enquiries.
- Create content for property launches, campaigns, events and promotional activities.
- Maintain consistency in the brand's tone, messaging and communication style.
- Monitor content performance and identify what is working and what needs improvement.
- Track metrics such as reach, engagement, views, shares, saves, leads and conversions.
- Stay updated with social media algorithms, content trends and digital marketing best practices.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities to differentiate the brand.




- Support the marketing team with campaign ideas and creative brainstorming.

What We Are Looking For

- 1-4 years of experience in Content Writing , Content Marketing, Social Media, Digital Marketing or a similar role.
- Experience in real estate, property, brokerage, PropTech or related industries will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling, audience psychology and short-form content.
- Ability to convert ideas into engaging scripts and content concepts.
- Good understanding of current social media trends and formats.
- Strong research and creative-thinking skills.
- Ability to understand the target audience and create content accordingly.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing is preferred.
- Ability to work with designers, video editors and marketing teams.
- Candidates with a strong content portfolio will be preferred.
