About the Role

Kyra Photon is looking for a dynamic, sharp and highly articulate Content Writer & Content Coordinator who can play an active role in shaping how the company communicates with its customers, stakeholders and digital audience.

This is not a role limited to writing content based on briefs. We are looking for someone who can think, contribute ideas, question existing approaches and actively improve the quality of Kyra's communication.

The candidate will work closely with the marketing and management teams to develop content, coordinate content creation and co-manage Kyra Photon's social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

Write high-quality content for social media, website, brochures, corporate presentations, campaigns, advertisements, videos, reels and other marketing collaterals.

Co-manage Kyra Photon's social media handles and ensure content is published accurately, consistently and in line with the company's brand positioning.

Develop content ideas and actively contribute to the monthly and long-term content strategy.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh ideas for campaigns, videos, educational content and brand communication.

Convert technical and business concepts related to renewable energy into clear, engaging and easy-to-understand communication.

Work with engineers, business development teams, management, designers, photographers and external agencies to understand requirements and develop accurate content.

Oversee content creation from idea → brief → execution → review → final output.

Review existing content and proactively recommend ways to improve its messaging, structure and presentation.

Develop scripts and concepts for videos and reels, including content featuring employees, engineers, project sites and customers.

Ensure consistency in language, tone, terminology and brand voice across all communication.

Proofread and quality-check content before publication.

Understand management's ideas quickly and translate them into sharp, accurate and executable communication.





Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on audience response and engagement.

Strong command over grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure and professional business communication.

Ability to understand an idea quickly and execute it accurately without losing the original intent.

Strong creative and conceptual thinking.

Ability to independently identify opportunities for better content rather than waiting for instructions.

A sharp eye for detail and high standards for content quality.

Ability to balance creativity with professionalism and business objectives.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Ability to receive feedback constructively and translate it into better output.

Positive understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other digital platforms.

Ability to work simultaneously with internal teams and external creative partners.

Experience in B2B, renewable energy, engineering, infrastructure, corporate communications or technical content would be an advantage, but strong writing ability and thinking capability will be given greater importance.
