Role Description The Content Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad.

The Content

Specialist will plan, create, and manage digital content across web pages, in-app experiences, social media, email campaigns, and educational resources that support women’s health journeys.

Responsibilities include developing content strategies aligned with product and marketing goals, writing clear and engaging copy tailored to diverse audiences, and ensuring all content is accurate, inclusive, and aligned with Hobfit’s brand voice.



The role involves collaborating closely with medical experts, coaches, product teams, and designers to translate complex health information into accessible, user-friendly content.

The Content

Specialist will also monitor content performance, optimize based on data and user feedback, and maintain a structured content repository for ongoing updates.

Qualifications

- Strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and user-focused digital content.
- Experience with Content Strategy and Content Management to plan, organize, and maintain multi-channel content assets.
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting content ideas effectively.
- Ability to translate medical and technical information into straightforward, accurate, gender-neutral language.
- Familiarity with health, wellness, or women’s health domains is highly desirable.
- Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency with basic content and collaboration tools (e.g., CMS platforms, docs, project management tools).
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
