Onsurity is building a new-age approach to employee health and insurance, making insurance simpler, more accessible and relevant for modern businesses and their employees.

We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager who can build content as a growth engine — across SEO, brand, sales enablement and demand generation.

What You'll Do

Content Strategy & Execution

- Own Onsurity's content strategy across blogs, articles, long-form content, case studies, thought leadership and sales enablement.
- Build content across the funnel — from awareness and organic acquisition to consideration and conversion.
- Identify content opportunities based on customer insights, business priorities, industry trends and competitor analysis.
- Work with internal teams and subject matter experts to turn complex topics into clear, compelling content.

SEO & Organic Growth

- Build and execute an SEO-led content strategy to grow organic traffic and qualified leads.
- Conduct keyword research, identify content gaps and build topic clusters around priority business areas.
- Hands-on experience with SEMrush, Google Search Console and Google Analytics .
- Track content performance and continuously optimise existing content for rankings, traffic and conversions.
- Stay updated on AI search, GEO/AEO and how LLMs are changing content discovery .

Sales & Business Enablement

- Work closely with Sales and Business teams to understand customer pain points, objections and use cases.
- Create case studies, one-pagers, sales decks, product explainers, industry reports and other content that helps Sales convert prospects.
- Develop thought leadership around insurance,



employee benefits, HR, healthcare and the future of work.

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Partner closely with Product Marketing, SEO, Growth, Sales, Design and Leadership.
- Bring customer and market insights back into the content strategy.
- Manage projects independently from brief to execution and measurement.

What We're Looking For

- 4–7 years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, editorial or B2B marketing.
- Excellent writing, research and storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research and search intent .
- Experience using SEMrush and Google Search Console.
- Ability to simplify complex topics and write for business audiences, including HR leaders and CXOs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- AI-first mindset — comfortable using AI to improve research, ideation, creation, optimisation and content workflows.
- Strong ownership mindset — a go-getter who identifies opportunities and gets things done without waiting for instructions .

Good to Have

- Experience in insurance / insurtech / healthcare / fintech / employee benefits .
- Experience in a high-growth startup or B2B technology company.
- Understanding of GEO, AEO and LLM-driven search.
- Experience building content-led demand generation programs.
