Get to Know the Opportunity

• Lead cross-functional situational awareness, being the first to notice misalignment and issues as they arise and escalate as needed

- Facilitate a culture of empowerment aimed at reinforcing an ethos of self-organization across teams
- Strive for continual improvement, always learning about new tools and techniques for managing the scrum process and the team





• Facilitate sprint ceremonies (planning sessions, stand ups, retrospectives, demos etc…)

The Contributions You Will Make

- Help ensure that good business relationships are maintained
- Shepherd tasks through the development, QA, product review, and release processes

- Channel information between teams and team members in order to keep ahead of blockers and to foster progress
- Enforce scrum values and processes
- Ensure that work groups are run efficiently and concisely, and that all parties involved are kept in the loop with regard to timing and location of all meetings

- Proactively resolve conflicts by leading discussions that quickly unblock team velocity and establish focus back on solving problems for our users

Education Qualification

Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Computer Science, Education, Business, Engineering, Technical, Information Technology, Technology, Information Systems, Project Management, Science

Expected Minimum Knowledge & Experience
