Job Location- Kailash Hospital & Heart Institute, Sector 71, Noida

Job Purpose To provide safe, evidence-based and comprehensive anesthesia services to surgical and procedural patients, ensuring optimal perioperative care, patient safety, pain management and emergency support in accordance with hospital protocols and applicable clinical standards.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

- Safe and effective administration of anaesthesia.
- Timely completion of pre-anaesthesia assessment.
- Compliance with anaesthesia and patient-safety protocols.
- Reduction of preventable anaesthesia-related complications.
- Accurate and complete anaesthesia documentation.
- Effective management of emergency and high-risk cases.
- Timely response to emergency calls and Code Blue.
- Effective post-operative pain management.
- Patient satisfaction and quality of clinical care.
- Participation in clinical audits, training and quality-improvement activities.

**Qualifications
- MBBS from a recognized medical institution.
- MD/DNB in Anaesthesiology from a recognized institution.




- Valid registration with the National Medical Commission / respective State Medical Council.

Experience

- Preferably 1–15 years of post-qualification experience in a reputed hospital.
