About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Conceptualizer who can transform client briefs into compelling event experiences. The ideal candidate should possess solid storytelling skills, creative thinking, and the ability to develop cutting-edge concepts that align with brand objectives and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client briefs and translate them into creative event concepts and themes.
- Develop event narratives, experience journeys, engagement ideas, and activation concepts.
- Create mood boards, presentation decks, and creative proposals.
- Collaborate with 3D designers, graphic designers, content writers, and production teams to bring concepts to life.
- Present creative ideas confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Research industry trends, technology, entertainment, and experiential marketing innovations.
- Work closely with the Business Development and Client Servicing teams during pitches.




- Support event execution by ensuring creative integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop stage concepts, venue branding, delegate experiences, entertainment ideas, and engagement zones.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in event conceptualization, experiential marketing, or creative strategy.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-powered creative tools.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for innovation and experiential design.
