They are responsible for data entry, running daily backups, troubleshooting, and maintaining system logs. They often work in data centers and require strong technical, analytical, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities

- System Monitoring: Supervise console displays for data processing, networks, and hardware malfunctions.
- Data Management: Enter, update, and retrieve information from company databases, ensuring data integrity.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on hardware (printers, scanners) and software installations/updates.
- Backup & Security: Execute data backups to prevent data loss and follow security protocols.
