Qualification - Aerospace engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.

Experience - 3 years of experience in UAV/Drone product development, compliances, and certification.

Experience with DGCA Type Certification processes and Drone Rules 2021.

•Knowledge of Digital Sky Platform and eGCA.

•Experience in flight validation, qualification testing, and certification documentation.

•Understanding of UAV manufacturing, quality assurance, and production processes.

•Experience with supplier qualification and vendor management.

•Strong knowledge of:-

▪️ Document Writing for Compliance agencies and Labs

▪️ FMEA

▪️ FEA

▪️ RCA - CAPA

▪️ Risk Assessment

▪️ Safety Assessment

▪️ Audit Management

▪️ Familiarity with ANSYS is desirable.

Role Overview :-

•Lead end-to-end UAV Drone product certification and compliance programs in accordance with DGCA regulations.

•Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Flight Operations, Supply Chain, and Certification.

•Plan and support UAV flight testing, validation campaigns, performance evaluations, and compliance demonstrations.

•Prepare and manage certification documentation, compliance evidence, and regulatory submissions.

•Conduct manufacturing readiness assessments and ensure production compliance.





•Develop and qualify suppliers while driving vendor development and indigenization initiatives.

•Implement Quality Management Systems (QMS), FMEA, RCA, CAPA, and continuous improvement programs.

•Lead product qualification activities, operational readiness reviews, and risk assessments.

•Manage regulatory audits and maintain documentation for certification and quality compliance.

•Collaborate with DGCA and other regulatory agencies during certification and approval processes.

•Drive Intellectual Property (IP) initiatives including patents, trademarks, and design registrations.
