Designation: Commercial Sales Executive

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Head

Job Summary The Commercial Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and managing B2B sales of meat, poultry, food products, and related commercial products to hotels, restaurants, QSRs, caterers, retailers, institutions, and other commercial customers. The role requires solid customer relationship management, sales development, order generation, and market coverage.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new B2B/commercial customers within the assigned territory.
- Visit hotels, restaurants, QSRs, caterers, retailers, institutions, and other potential customers.
- Generate new sales leads and convert prospects into regular customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Promote company products, pricing, offers, and services to prospective customers.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate prices, payment terms, and commercial conditions within approved limits.
- Generate regular orders and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and increase repeat business.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, dispatch, logistics, and accounts teams for timely order fulfilment.
- Monitor competitor pricing, products, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Identify new markets, sales channels, and business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, enquiries, orders, sales, and collections.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers as per agreed credit terms.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned department for resolution.




- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
- Ensure compliance with company pricing, credit, sales, and documentation policies.
- Support promotional activities, product launches, exhibitions, and other business development initiatives.
- Perform other sales-related duties assigned by the management.

Eligibility

- Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 0–5 years in B2B / Commercial Sales preferred.
- Experience in FMCG, Meat, Poultry, Food Products, QSR, Hotel, Catering, or Food Distribution will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with a strong B2B sales background from other industries may also be considered.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Good knowledge of the local market and customer network is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
