The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities: Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on CNC machines and associated electrical and mechanical systems. Conduct preventive maintenance activities to minimize machine downtime. Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and implement effective solutions.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports. Collaborate with production teams to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance activities.



Follow safety procedures and maintain a protected working environment.

Assist in the installation, setup, and calibration of CNC equipment.

Qualifications: Diploma, ITI, or higher qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields. 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC machine maintenance, including mechanical and electrical systems. Strong understanding of CNC machinery, motors, drives, sensors, and control systems. Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
