Role Description The Cluster Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Talwandi Sabo, responsible for coordinating project activities within a defined geographic cluster. The role involves planning and implementing field-level interventions, engaging with community stakeholders, local institutions, and partners to ensure effective execution of MART’s models and solutions.
The Cluster
Coordinator will collect and analyze field data, prepare periodic reports, and provide feedback to project leadership to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Day-to-day tasks include organizing meetings and trainings, supporting capacity-building initiatives,
monitoring project performance against targets, and addressing operational challenges at the cluster level. The role also requires close collaboration with internal consulting teams, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong field coordination, community engagement, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain productive relationships at the grassroots level.
- Proficiency in data collection, monitoring and evaluation, and basic analysis, including preparing clear, concise reports and documentation for project teams and partners.
- Project planning and implementation skills, including organizing activities, managing resources, and tracking progress against agreed milestones and outcomes.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to facilitate meetings, trainings, and awareness sessions for diverse audiences.
- Problem-solving, adaptability, and time-management skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing practical solutions in field conditions.
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, rural management, development studies, agriculture, business, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
- Prior experience in rural development, livelihood promotion, or working with emerging markets and BoP communities is highly desirable.
- Comfort with basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets) and digital tools
